OP I live in Japan and do a ton of PC gaming. For Steam you can purchase keys from sites and redeem them, works fine, I did this for Alien Isolation on release day and I've had no problems. For others just use a proxy, or get a friend to sign into your account back home and purchase them, being doing this for 2 years and it works fine.
