Plus, P3 Team, at full capacity has Aigis, a robot who can fire bullets and very easily kill people, and Shinjiro who is very savvy at street fights, whereas the P4 Team has Naoto, who has a revolver (not a machine gun like Aigis) and Kanji who may match Shinjiro, but Aigis is more then enough for the rest of the team.

not really because you underestimate how obscenely OP "perfect accuracy" is on Star Platinum. Jotaro could pluck a bullet out of the air and flick them back in the blink of an eye. He could punch the same spot 100 times a second to shatter it. Diamond is Unbreakable might be a match as far as strength and speed is concerned but it's outclassed in every other aspect. If Josuke could ever heal himself then he'd stand a chance but otherwise he'd get wrecked.
