Hibiki is a great show but it's kinda ruined by the horrible retool midway through that removes everything unique about the series. It started as an entirely untraditional Kamen Rider, with no actual Henshin sequence, bike, or even the bug eyes, and took place heavily in mountains and forests rather than Toei's usual stock filming locations around Tokyo. On top of that it was focused less on the superheroing aspect and more on Hibiki's mentor/student relationship with the show's real main character, Asumu. After the retool they made it a more traditional but fucking boring series.
Also you should just catch up with Drive, it's 17 episodes in and pretty great so far.

Over-Time. Their subs are usually more accurate and better timed, and since they're working with KIT-subs, the folks who did the entirety of Kamen Rider Stronger, this season they've mostly been getting the episodes out within less than a day of the Japanese airing. TV-Nihon by comparison usually takes at least half a week and they're just kinda shit in comparison.

I think I realized something recently. How much I like the suits in a current (read: not something that finished before I started it) show is inversely proportional to how much I'll like the show by the end. Probably the only suits I thought looked good before I started were Kyoryuger and Wizard and those are by far my least favorite shows of the last five years or so. But every other suit has grown on me hard, even ToQgers.
That said I think those suits look awful, so this will probably be a good show.

I loved Gaim. There was just something about taking a concept as silly as "fruit warlords" and making it into a fairly serious story about saving the world from an invasive plant life that just worked really well.
It's not a perfect show by any means, but it had me glued to my seat every weekend. I bought every single Lockseed and all the toys that used them.

Its up to you. Kamen Rider is basically name of the Series but each Rider is different for each season of the show.
Each one has their own appeal, lessons, fighting style and general uniqueness to them but carry the moniker Kamen Rider.
Many will direct you to Kuuga and Double (I would as well) but if you wished, anywhere, sky's the limit. Hell, Sky Rider if you wanted.
BUT! And this is a huge But. DO NOT! Do not start with Decade or Wizard. One is spoilers and retellings and the other is, well its just low tier at best.

I think people reacted so well to Gaim because of the triple factor of it being better written than Wizard, it discarding the two-parter with two Rider format that the show had slaved itself to since W, and finally nobody had expected anything from a concept as dumb as fruit samurai.
