"There are additional reasons. Japan has never announced a game's release date and it is 2 months away. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. The final version will most likely have minimal pop in and be far more polished, remember the console versions are 9 months older than the PC version and the PC version still has absurd pop in.
