Get sexlab and it's requisites. It's a universal framework for sex mods that comes with hundreds of animations, but dosen't do anything by itself. Then go pick up whatever addons that interests you.

I never said it's hard, just time consuming. I always end up spending hours, between looking for mods, figuring out which to pick among mods that overlap, going through required mods and required mods for the required mods, downloading and installing. A single mod can take 15 minutes just for the two last steps if it's big. Shit adds up.
And if you have never had any problems running the game after installing tons of mods, you should consider yourself lucky.
