It's so cute how all the little politicians create these bills like ACTA, SOPA, PIPA, etc. and they're just watered down versions of whichever the first one happened to be, and then when one of them finally passes, they push and push until they had exactly what they wanted from the very beginning.
If your bill does not pass, you should not be allowed to present it again for some time. And you should not be able to simply take the contents of the bill and call it something else.
