Stalingrad did have air battles. The Germans had well trained pilots and excellent aircraft, but had chronic fuel shortages, whilst the Russians had completely untrained pilots that dropped like flies, but they could replace them quickly.

The thing about consoles is that yes, you wll have exclusives but a majority of games are on PC too. That means better performance and graphics unless the dev is dumbass, as well as mods, control customising and all that.
