Full upgrade is your best option, man. You could drop in 8GB of ram and a 770, but your CPU is going to end up being a bottleneck. An i5 4670k is like $200, you don't need an expensive motherboard to go with it. For like $500 - $600 you could build yourself a nice new system. Just save some money. But don't bother upgrading what you have now, you'll just be throwing money away that you could be saving towards a full new build.

First of all, WoW is strangely shit performance wise. I've had low FPS in that for the longest time.
Your hard drive may be a bottleneck, try moving WoW to your SSD.
The only other problems I see is that your RAM is a little slow and that your GPU is a little out dated.
Just because a game is old doesn't mean it is properly optimized, remember that.

Your GPU is outdated and WoW is optimized like a piece of swiss cheese at this point with all the clutter the engine has. If you even want constant 60 fps at 1080p in WoW you can't even run it on ultra on really good comps. Just run it on fair/low.
