Pretty good. Interesting combat system. It may be a bit too "action-y" for survival horror fans, but it has its scary moments. Story is a mix of Lovecraft's more grounded works and Stephen King.
If memory serves me right, its similar to DP in that it has a Twin Peaks-vibe (to a lesser extent though) because its a small town and has a pretty funny in-universe tv show. This in-universe tv show is more like Twilight Zone though.

Since it's supposed to be open world and I really hope they don't have the rent bullshit it would be nice with extremely big dungeons with different paths and secrets which you need specific items to access. Could even have several bosses in the dungeons that would ultimately lead to the same 'progress item'. So you wouldn't be required to clear all of them but it would give you extra stuff
