MGS3 makes me cry when EVA talks about The Boss at the end.
KH2 the end of Roxas's summer. That shit had me tearing up like a crocodile when I first played it. Of course they probably retconned this in one of the shitty spin offs I didn't play. But before the series got to contrived for me, that shit hit me hard.
I remember a time I felt sad when I got a semi-erection from cutting up your chained-up prisoners in the Dark Brotherhood for restoration/weapon XP. It was more of a "what have I become" sort of sadness more than anything.

This entire game.
To the Moon had dumb, annoying parts that tried a little too hard, but holy shit a couple parts of that hit me hard.Particularly that whole sequence with the vocals where his memory of River was being altered. And the ending sequence was perfect and sad/happy.
