Pirate's Curse is out, which was the next Shantae game after Risky's Revenge that WayForward was working on. It's only out for 3DS right now, and will be out for Wii U later this year.
Half-Genie Hero is the Kickstarter game, and is still in production. It isn't close to being done, and will likely be out sometime in 2015.

The first game is a exploration platformer that was probably too ambitious for the system it was on. Enjoyable, but expect some initial frustration at the controls and FOV.
RR fixes the controls and FOV, but since it's DSiWare there's quite of bit bouncing between one end of the world to the other in order to pad out length.
SatPC takes the scope of the first game and adds the gameplay improvements from RR, along with some other new mechanics, such as a drop system and new recovery moves. Easily the best in the series so far.
