What I'm about to say is coming from someone who has about 7 minutes worth of Smash 4 experience on the 3DS at a friends house and doesn't own a WiiU. I was kindof surprised when i found out that MewTwo required both the WiiU version and 3DS version, and I don't think it's particularly right or defensible. Nintendo is very aware that everyone wants MewTwo and thus, weather or not this is the way they thought about it initially, they're essentially pushing people to buy what was supposed to be the same exact game twice, only now they've revealed all the shit that the 3DS users missed out on so they get fucked in the ass.Again, not a Nintendo follower, pardon mistakes I may make.Whats more, there are people out there with only a 3DS or only a WiiU that really really want MewTwo; enough to buy that other console and the corresponding version of Smash JUST for MewTwo, and I wouldn't be surprised if those people were relatively large in number.
