i'm not fucking joking when i say getting all the emblems in sonic adventure 2 is one of the most tedious and most pointless achievements you can ever get in a video game. you get FUCKING NOTHING for your efforts (holy fuck a two minute stage kill yourself) and it takes maybe hundreds of hours of doing the same fucking thing over and over, especially considering all the god damn time you have to spend doing LITERALLY NOTHING AT ALL, waiting for chao to become older. it's absolute horseshit. they made less than twenty levels, only half of which are any fun to play at all even briefly and you have to NOT ONLY do FOUR MORE MISSIONS on them where the map DOESN'T CHANGE AT ALL but you also have to fucking NAIL them to get an A rank, which you need to get all 130. it's absolutely fucking disgusting and it's the main reason i think sonic adventure 2 is such an overrated piece of shit sorry excuse for a game.

But I did it when it came out on the Dreamcast in like in 5 days. Raising chao was a pain for the last chao missions. And those racer missions with Tails and Rouge where you cant touch a damn thing. I also got As on Cannon's Core when people bitched a lot about that level at the time and yeah, I know the As dont count for the 180emblem.
And I know if I ever tried again the HD version I would probably take months to 180 emblems due to chao. And fuck Crazy Gadget on hard, that was a pain in the ass.
