Although part of it was some people fantasizing about a "retarded" character, other people were starting to make some decent, cute art of 2DS-tan. I posted one of the pictures already, but 2DS-tan started becoming much more popular. I came up with a design for a New-3DS-tan design practically when it was announced. I tried to draw it out but I'm shit at drawing. My concept was basically 3DS-tan but with a small arm mounted shield to compliment her stylus weapon, shoulder guards, a set of high tech 3D lenses, and probably a hat.I took it a step further and pretty much tried to make a "Nu Gundam" out of her, but like I said, I can't draw and I need to practice more. My art went unnoticed each time I posted it anyways.
But there were other people who were trying to come up with their own designs or taking ideas from other people. Pic related, not my art.

She kind of already has the Heterochromia, it's just that you never get to see it because most people don't color their images and she's almost always wearing her glasses. This is one of the few images in color where you get to see her eyes. Besides, it's not like having different colored eyes actually does anything.I think that 2DS-tan also has heterochromia, but you can only see one color since the other eye is covered.I'm still trying to think of something. Oh, and the previous drawing, the one in pencil, was supposed to have a Google Glass type of glasses.I like my Tomboys, so it will have to be a reverse trap for me.

With Heterochromia or whatever it would be implied that there's some funky cybernetic/magic/plasticsurgic shit going on or something, but I was working on the assumption that 3DS didn't already have it (I never drew it on her anyways and there's not a lot of 3DS in general).
Well since there's no official design I'll probably try to come up with something myself someday. I'm not usually good with original designs but you never know what tomorrow holds, so who knows.

I always assumed that the "3D glasses" were just simple sunglasses, with the colored tint on the outside, or just regular old school 3D glasses. But I see your point. That would make sense. Still, if I'm going the route to "upgrade" her, I want to give her some cooler headgear and eye-wear. I don't think 3DS-tan ever needed the glasses. She just wore them because they were "cool"

Aside from this, there was also the issue of these threads getting marked for deletion with Vivian and g a m e r g a t e posting. I like Vivian, but I think that her material needs to remain in it's own threads. That being said, if there's any material with Vivian and the Console-tans, then it should be allowed here. But it's not like fans of Vivian are also the fans of Console-tans.
