Rapidly becoming Baleful Gigginox because I've triple carted to him three times in solo G Rank. I haven't triple carted to anything else in a very long time.

Barioth U was the shit in High Rank, for G I'm looking at getting Narga Z, Uragaan Z, and Barioth Z for old times' sake, but all of those are a rank above me and I need to beat Baleful to get the next urgent quest.

I mostly use switch axe but I've been playing with gunlance a lot lately and liking it. Still not that good with it though, and I only have one good gunlance and no good gunlance armor.
I also have several greatswords (kind of fun but I'm shit with them), longswords (pretty good but I only use them occasionally), dual swords (I use them when I wanna go fast), hammers (I've never even tried them and don't know why I made them), hunting horns (2complex4me), and heavy bowguns (turns out I don't like ranged huntan at all).

I was close to taking down a a moga jho before. It was my first time fighting him too It was in some jaggia quest. I ended up cutting off his tail and getting a gem when the quest ended. The bastard kiled 10 jaggia while we were fighting. Took like 25 minutes. I think I couldve beat him in 35.

I beat him first go by sticking close to his chest while in the water and his backlegs/tail while on land; try baiting him to both dragonators for faster times.
Watch for the torso slam while on land, it's hitbox reaches behind his back legs sometimes.

It may seem cheesy, but guard gunlancing with the final dios gunlance turns G rank jho and savage jho into a joke. The gunlance can combo into a block and has a decent guard poke, make use of that to stay underneath it and keep poking away while never leaving the safe spot. I solo'd savage jho in about 30 minutes this way.

I can only solo Miralis under 30 minutes with a switch axe. Stick to weak spots, only use sword mode, use phial explosion when it falls over. In general, stick to weak spots while in water and its crotch when on land. If it ever goes on all fours on land just farcaster out if you're anywhere near it. Beware of meteors.
