I've used similar looking numbers in place of the actual numbers and it still worked. So basically they just have a basic recaptcha detection thing, but are using people to make sure it's correct. Thing is, is that I think the detection is kind of loose just in case it's wrong and the person can't solve the captcha.

I think you'd still need a webcam, but you could point it as a screen that has the video that you want. I have no idea how that would play out. I haven't bothered getting a second monitor because I have no desk space, so I couldn't try it effectively.

The UI issues in Windows 8 are a symptom of the underlying problem, not the cause. The problem is, Windows 8 isn't a desktop-class operating system. It can't even handle network profiles anymore. It doesn't even have a proper backup system!
It's a tablet OS for tablet computers, and chances are Windows 9 will fix the UI problems and not fix the eight thousand other things that Windows 8 broke/removed. Windows 7 is the last good OS from Microsoft.
