Assuming the source of this leak is legit (ESRB rating video displaying all of the potential objectionable content), it'd make no sense for Nintendo to hide some of the characters while revealing others no one has seen before, especially ones that would have no real impact on the rating.
Then again, the roster placement makes no sense and the open spaces are really weird. Melee had a similarly screwed up layout but there are better ways to arrange this. Especially when you see Yoshi jammed inbetween Mario character despite being considered his own series.
I'm accepting nothing as absolute until the game is out and we have multiple sources to corroborate.

Isaac has more moveset potential than She-Hulk. We've already seen from Shulk's gameplay footage that his moves consist with generic sword moves from Marth, Link with only a little bit of him. At least Isaac can cast hands, use the earth as he wants, etc
