Lily I liked the most, but her route was still very predictable, I mean, come on. It ends with you chasing her to an Airport to tell her you love her. It doesn't get anymore cliche.
Emi is the one that everybody gets first I think, because we all want to make sure Hisao doesn't die so we go running. Again, very predictable but not as enjoyable for me. The anal scene was just weird.
Rin came off as a weird ice queen, I never really liked where the story went and the ending seemed emotionally abrupt.
Shizune was god tier because you fuck Misha. Other than that it's a bit of a letdown, we never get that scene, you know, where even though she's deaf she says I love you with her own voice.
Hanako was just a big baby, and she still had two perfect tits for some reason even though the rest of that side of her body was charred.
I never failed any of the playthroughs, so I don't know how each breakup goes, but apparently hers is the worst.

Emi's route has the most alpha Hisao but Emi herself is kind of a bitch in it, and is oddly cold-hearted. It's a emotion jerker but daddy issues can only go so far. Really good confession scene though
Lilly has best ending and has the best approach to the actual love. Only thing is it's kind of odd how they did her moving away after basically telling Hisao that she is scared of losing him. Sure it can be said she secretly wanted him to stop her but I think it's more lazy writing
Hanako is a good character, but absolutely nothing happens in her route to progress her character. Even in Lilly's route she improves, but in her's she is just the same all throughout.
Rin is kind of dumb but the ending saves it. Second playthrough I liked it better but it's still kind of uneventful up to the end.

It's really effective as a horror/guro story (there are some genuinely creepy scenes) but doesn't work very well as the yandere story it bills itself.
It only takes about two hours to finish, so don't put off playing it if you're expecting it to be Fate/Stay Night.

I didn't like how they went from being friends to fucking all in the span of a day, but the entire relationship felt very realistic.
Hanako's was the most memorable to me.
It had a lot of similarities to my relationship and I'm glad her story handled how disabled people are treated in real life like it did.Seriously, that bad ending was awesome.
To me, Rin's was the most boring.
I loved her character at first, but the whole thing got old quickly and it didn't justify her characteristics like all the other girls.
Shizune's was alright.
Not the best, but not terrible. The whole "love triangle" thing went in a completely different direction than I expected, and I was entertained by the rest of story despite there being little actual choice.
Emi's was the most entertaining.
I found myself genuinely laughing at much of the writing and the entire relationship was the most realistically portrayed.

Hanako and Rin were my two most enjoyed. Hanako's ended too soon, but I really enjoyed it. Touching moments, a girl that's stronger than others think, and she was in a position to improve with someone by her side.
Rin's was really nice as well. Interesting girl and seeing her try and cope with herself and what was expected of her was enjoyable.
Emi was a nice high school story with a really touching good ending depending on your choices. The first route for me and probably for a lot of others. I found her determination admirable as well.
Lilly was cliched, but the airport ending was nice in my books. Other than that, it just didn't do much for me. Not bad, I just didn't dig it.
Didn't care for Shizune's route outside of Jigoro being an ass. I didn't dislike her or any of the girls though.

But personally, I think that the feels came from difficulties we all experience in life being transposed on characters that happen to be disabled:
Lilly = Pride and the feeling of having to shoulder a burden rather than acknowledge your shortcomings
Hanako = Social anxiety and not wanting to be treated differently because of who you are.
Emi = Trust and not feeling able to rely on others in case they leave you.
Rin = Misunderstanding and feeling like you cannot express yourself in a way that other people can empathise with.
Shizune = Control and how your own personality can alienate those around you, preventing you from forming meaningful relationships.
