I played Killing Floor, TF2, Garry's Mod and all the Half Life games on a desktop computer from 2001 with an intel Pentium, half a gig of RAM and a mid 90s era low end graphics card.

Warning Forever should work, and is fucking awesome!

KOTOR1/2, Baldur's Gate, NWN 1, VTMB, Portal, Random indie shit, Metro 2033, Legacy of Kain, Gunpoint, Deus Ex, and Counter-Strike the first.

Used to only have a shitty laptop, now I have a decent laptop.

You can't handle the proof.

I got rid of the computer a few years back so sadly these are the only screenshots I have.

I could get Half Life this low, but the other games I just got 5-15 frames per second.

How old exactly?
Anyway, emulators are always good.
Also perhaps you can play games like Baldurs gate or Blitzkrieg.

The resolution is so high because I was stupid and thought you absolutely had to play games at your monitors native res at the time.

Transendence
Naev
Revolt
Cave Story
First few GTAs (I've seen vice city played on a shitty school issued netbook)
Iji
Little Fighter 2 (hella fun with friends, up to 4 people per computer with controller support and netplay)
Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge
DOOM
First two Fallouts
Deus Ex
Quake Live

Most of these can all fit on a 8gb flash drive too
>>
You can play Stalker SoC on nearly max settings on a Dell Latitude D620

I know from personal experience.

Mine is about 5 years old now, I tried running Fallout: NV and could get just under 20 frames using just about any performance mod I could find and with file editing. I have got a DS emulator running, but need to download some more roms for it.
>>
>>258221191
There are many performance mods for Skyrim, so you basically could play Skyrim if you almost can play Fallout NV.
There is even a mod which makes it basically look like an N64 game. Ask /tesg/ if you are interested. They should know where to find it.
>>
>>258222234
Might as well give it a shot, thanks anon.

I think "first person runescape" is more accurate than "N64 game"

I've been playing a shit load of Mount and Blade Warband recently, even if you have a toaster you could still run it at lower settings.

It looks pretty comfy for some reason.
