All the other "robots" that may have or would have killed a human would have done so outside of their own volition.
Original Series:
No human died.
Bass would not harm Wily, despite detesting him at times.
King was bad programming on Wily's part, and never hurt a human.
Protoman has a few glitches here and there that may have given him free will, but he also never hurt a human.
Duo WOULD get a pass since he's an alien and all, but he ALSO never hurts a human.
X Series:
Sigma was infected with the Maverick Virus. Prior to that, he was essentially the head of the human defenders.
Vile was either another Maverick victim or a victim of bad/shoddy programming, depending on which continuity you want to go with.
Everyone up to Lumines never harmed a human either.
Even Lumines didn't, but Lumines (and the other Next Gen Mavericks) was basically able to turn into a Maverick at any time, and, more importantly, had to in order to consider harming humans.
Zero Series:
Omega was Dark Elf influenced.
Human deaths at this point were solely caused by the Dark Elf and Weil.
Copy X would sooner die than allow any harm to come to humans.
No other reploid would try to kill a human.
Craft and Weil were both humans.
Then Zero blows Weil up.

Sky Lagoon was Magma Dragoon's fault after he turned Maverick. Didn't say that the reploids weren't dicks though (they totally were).
Craft was alluded to being a muto reploid in game, but in the drama cd's they call him human. Both are considered canon as well.
He never did kill a human, but he did definitely try.
