The Forest is too horror-based though. I don't mind a challenge but Minecraft is already too much of a clickfest at night, especially after they fucked up spawning even more. I like horde-killing games like KF and L4D, I like survival/crafting/landscaping games like Minecraft, but I prefer to keep the two separate. I want to explore a vast world, build monuments and temples and homes, and only have to worry about the occasional angry wildlife, not hordes upon hordes of the undead.
Runescape fucked up a lot of shit, but player houses was not one of them. Loved every second of that shit, including the massacre event that occurred when the first player hit 99.

Nothing can beat the fucking Ultima Online in terms of comfyness.I remember golden ages of when admins ignored half of the shit going on and never banned griefers. On local shard I had five noobs locked in my manor cooking and crafting shit for me while I was busy with equipping donkeys with explosive potions and driving them to city bank
