You can sniff things but it's pretty damn obvious what kind of enemy you're facing (Robots, Chimera's, Humans etc) just by looking at them.
I guess you can just give him the Shield Snatcher since he's sorta fast, fuck Boney.

Not really, no. He's mostly just for using items. He becomes slightly stronger later in the game but is never particularly useful.

He's probably the worst character, but I wouldn't rate him so bad as to be useless.
Well, you're correct there. He's the analyzer/item user. His fast agility allows him to save lives quickly or to use the Shield Snatcher immediately.
Use him for items and the guaranteed first move. If you are good at 16 hit combos, his combo attacks do slightly more damage than the other party members' so you'll cut the time of a battle down by 2-3 turns.

I dearly hope so. He was my main and my gateway into competitive smash. I was just too good with him. On one hand with the inclusion of custom moves, it just feels like Ness will just get Lucas's moves IF Ness comes back which he should. On the other hand we have niggas like Toon Link and Lucina especially in it. Lucina is more of a clone than Lucas.
I don't know why you guys want Kumatora or Lucas. Being realistic, if we get a second rep again, it'll be Lucas.
If I had a choice, I'd want Flint/Duster/Masked Man, not another PSI user.
I hope the lack of stickers this time means that important Mother characters will get trophies this time instead of being measly stickers
