Let me explain: all classes feel different, heavy emphasis on cooperation, pretty good upgrade system (IMO). It's still a shit RPG mixed with platforming elements though, and by shit I mean armors only give you better stats and the whole combat doesn't rely on skills and more on end-game gear. Quest system is talk to X, kill Y amount of enemies. Some jump quests here and there mixed with themed-dungeons.

I ran an RP guild for the first few months. It was actually pretty good, even though tesorp was filled to the brim with horrible Mary Sue faggots that spilled into the game and ended up polluting the entire RP scene. I handed it off to an officer who can still stomach it and unsubbed.

It's... okay. It's like if TERA was a beat 'em up mixed with a Diablo clone.
Combat's flashy and functional but the controls take a few minutes to get used to since it was made to be played with an arcade stick, of all things.

It all kind of depends on what your definition of fun in an MMO is.
WoW has a major content drought until the ten year anniversary or maybe earlier depending on tomorrow.
FFXIV is getting frequent content updates but has really boring combat.
TERA is TERAble if you live in australia.
I don't know how wildstar is doing these days, but it's about as close to a vanilla WoW style MMO around that isn't a private server.
