Fe4 is far too complicated to port into the GBAFE engine. Chinese mods have done some crazy stuff with them via assembly hacks and I really suggest OP looks at one of those mods (though they're not in English) but it's still not close to fe4. Why play a butchered version when you can just play snes fe4? There are a few hilarious FE4 mods too because modders never consider balance and the child system can lead to crazy results.
