I liked Tharja at first, but her constant threats and horrible Summer Scramble supports made me dislike her.
I much prefer Cordelia, in Scramble she kisses Robin in front of everyone and dares him to punish her later on in private. Tharja treats Robin like shit when he gives her a small kiss.

luck flaw every day. Unless shooting for 100% Armshrift chance, but that won't happen until very late anyways, and the difference between 94% and 100% is negligible imo. I would recommend against HP flaw because more HP is always good.
Skill flaw is also a good option, since +hit is cheap to forge and with Veteran, you'll be slightly overleveled anyways, combined with Tomes/swords, you'll have 100% hit anyways. Though iirc, Skill flaw also lowers either speed or str/mag a bit

the ones giving easier grinding might be worth it if you have a tendency to suddenly want to use characters you never used before, or want to slap Galeforce on every child possible.
