The biggest names in the speedrunning community have already called Twitch out on it on stream and on Twitter.
Of course the speedrunning community is microscopic compared to stuff like LoL / DotA and FGC streams, but it's a good sign that there are people with big enough fanbases (some of these speedrunners make a living off Twitch) are outspoken about this.
