I played a bunch of times at SDCC, and the only match I lost had me, two scary asian fucks, and a little fat ginger kid who was afraid of losing at video games. Ginger kid picked Bowser and stomped everybody.
I'm not saying I'm good or anything, but that kid wiped the floor with us with Bowser. He got buffed hard.
I don't think people really think he's top tier or anything, but he did get noticeably buffed from Melee/Brawl.
