Even with its problems, the Persona 3 dub sounds better than anime dub I've ever heard. It's because the lines don't have to match lip movements, so they can make the English lines they write flow smoothly instead of sounding forced. I notice the latter in every anime dub ever, even when the voices are good, and it bugs the living hell out of me.
