They were hidden in the skull, clearly.
That's where a skeleton keeps all of his cherished belongings.

Overkill would probably much mean the body's too fucked up to loot from. Guts would be pretty shit if he needed some murloc eyes or some shit.
>>320661530
>shitty character from overrated chinese comic would be good at anything vidya related
Back to /jp/ you go.
>>320656967
You are lucky it has anything that you don't see on the character model. Ideally I'd like to see skellingtons maybe have a little pouch or purse hanging on the remnants of a belt or something, and that's where the golds are.
Or maybe it's a creaky old Saxonish/Viking Skeleton and it has arm rings or a necklace or something.
A Celtic barrow skellington or Wight might have a really nice torque.
If you were lucky they would just have a shitty, unsophisticated sword made from mildish iron, although any chieftan with gold torques and shit, would probably have a good sword, either decent iron, or perhaps well made bronze. In a fantasy setting, assuming it didn't get passed down or stolen, it might also be hella magical, which would make him dangerous.
>>320661332
>>320661530
>>320662840
Having to do exactly the right amount of damage to kill an enemy without going over would be a pain in the ass.
Valkyrie Profile CotP basically had the opposite system where you were rewarded for getting as much overkill damage as possible, but in the end it came down to the same thing, only instead of just barely doing enough damage to kill an enemy, you were doing just barely enough damage to keep it alive so that you could get it to -9 godzillion HP in the next round.

>>320664995
>Shouldn't skeletons be fast as fuck if there's no flesh slowing them down?
Some draw fag did a thing on that where because they are animated by magic they have ultimate speed.
>>320665167
That kinda makes sense, I guess. If they're animated by magic, they don't need to breathe, they instantly know where you are (no ears, no eyes), they never get tired or bored, and they don't even need momentum to swing their weapons.
Christ, I understand why skeletons are so spooky.
>loot kobold
>silk panties

I hated Dark souls for that reason
>>320665706
You hated it because enemies dropped their armor?
>>320665891
No, because you kill a fully armored enemy twenty times and get his armour piece after piece.Compared to the Elder Scrolls games where you can loot everything, it's annoying.
>>320666019
The difference between TES games and Dark Souls is that armor is a LOT more valuable in Dark Souls, mainly thanks to Poise. In TES you can loot everything for money, but vary rarely do you actually find armor that's decent to wear.

I was about to call you a liar, but then I remembered that during my last Skyrim play, I switched from a dwarven armour to a dragonbone armour and only got +20 armour.
Plus armours look better in Dark Souls, honestly.
