Thank god I'm not the only one. Another game I can recommend is Monaco: What's yours is mine but it gets boring a bit and it requires a lot of teamwork. The people playing online are complete dicks so careful with that. The last one that I can think that comes off the top of my head is Dungeon Defenders, but it has a shit ton of DLC .

I played a majority of my time in Skyrim as a businessman
Leveling only crafting and moneymaking skills, then got bodyguards to do the necessary fighting for me in the wild when traveling or gathering resources.

I had to install a lot of mods to make this feel authentic and enjoyable though.
