Some guy on /gsg/ made a mod called Mythos Mod which adds playable mummies, werewolves and some other shit. I don't know how good it is, though.
While not quite the same thing, another mod called Ancient Religions lets you convert back to Egyptian paganism and do a bunch of shit like mummify people or sacrifice them to Ra. It's a pretty good mod but I've no idea if it's been updated recently or if the Egyptian part is still in it or finished. It was definitely in the CK2Plus version.

I don't remember if it's part of Ancient Religions or if it's part of the myth mod, but there's one that lets you raise a mummy as a result of a curse if foreigners occupy Egypt.
