yes there is anime of it, the latest one is currently airing but it's pretty mediocre. I would recommend watching Gekiha Dan and Brave first since I think these were the peak of the series.
everything else is unrelated but Toppa Banshin is nice for a typical shounen anime and Sword Eyes for more fantasy. Ultimate Zero and Heroes are not very good but you can try them if you want.

I am OK with this and here is why.
One of the reasons why I love vanguard is that almost anything will get support at one point or another. Genovious used to be just a bulk unit. Now he's actually good. Another example of this is the Nightmare Doll Alice, the bulk RRR from set 3 is actually getting support as well.

LCG (or ECG): Living card game (Expandable card game). it's a game where boosters do not exist instead you have regular expansions released in somewhat short periods of time, think in this way, everyone keeps updated with the new packs, this means that there's no rare chasing and pretty much everyone has the same tools to build their decks.
Personally I'm more fond of LCG because it doesn't rapes my wallet as hard like Magic.
