Siren Blood Curse, which didn't even get a physical release in America. I think they did censor a few things in Ape Escape before. They've censored some of the RPGs they published.
Also, something not related to SCEA, but Sony. killer7 was censored in Japan, but only on the PS2, which also falls in line with how No More Heroes Paradise was censored in Japan...only on the PS3. Yoshida also requested Kojima censor Policenauts when it came to the PSone.
