It will suffer from overhype.
It will suffer from MGSV syndrome, and get 10/10s all across the board, but will in essence be 8/10 with some glaring flaws (likely the combat system, maybe framerate and samey side quests)
After a year of release, it will end up being extremely divisive.
FF fans will hate it, as they hate every FF games when it finally comes out. Partially because it doesn't meet their ridiculous expectations and partially because it 'isn't like my [x] favorite FF game from the past'.
The sheep who buy it for being an 'open world' game will quickly realize its a linear story driven game with huge areas of empty land. And the open world is boring.
The people who buy it for being a story driven game will find that there's tons of empty land separating you from the next story event. Destroying the pace of the story and making it a chore.
The people who buy it for a JPOP road trip will be pleasantly surprised.
All groups will spend more time online arguing about it than playing it.

my point is that you press the button once and Noctis does 2 animations and if you tap it again he restarts the animations unless you tap 5 times in 1 second. This makes the game unresponsive and promotes the hold button instead of tap.

The good news is that it literally does not get worse than XIII in the areas of either gameplay, battle system, narrative, map design, world building, immersion, dialogue, script, and character, so theoretically FFXV has nowhere to go but up. That is, however, not saying very much, so I remain cautiously optimistic.
