Wonder why they did that. I never felt like I was weak while playing Mei. It makes stopping the Cyro-freeze short to surprise people and get the jump on enemies more viable.
the 45% increase charge time on roadhog isnt nearly enough. i get my ult WAY more often now thanks to this cha ge as hog.

Mei players need to know Ice Wall should only be used

>block enemy if they use Graviton Surge on your team

Any other time is almost always a hindrance to your team. Mei doesn't pump out very much damage, but she will destroy every other character in the game if she's played aggressively by somebody who can Right-Click.
