This is completely irrelevant in a real fight where any ki blasts happen in between melee exchanges. Humans are never lacking ki, either due to dealing or taking damage.
Saiyans having unimited ki only enables them to play passively because they don't need to generate it but against a skilled aggressive opponent that's worthless.

I use control type C, so the buttons may be wrong.
There are 2 kinds of step vanish. When you jump during the forward dash, if you HOLD the button, it becomes a fucking almost snap vanish like dodge.
If you tap it, you travel a great distance instead, and are invincible for most of it (or at the very least harder to hit)
