Mount the ISOs of 2 & 3, and then run their installers like always.
The SH1 is a PS1 rip that you gotta emulate.
The "sh2proxy" fix works as a no-cd crack as well, and is included in the pack.
In case you experience issues saving the game / not being able to edit the disp.ini, make sure the files aren't set to "Read Only", and run the game as Administrator.
If SH2 gets stuck in a black screen upon launch, close it and re-start it again.

Not spooky per se, but Alien Isolation has a very tense atmosphere that's worth a go.
The Resident Evil HD remaster is an amazing game with a ton of atmosphere, but again, not that spooky.
Iunno, Layers of Fear? You don't really do anything but it's another one of those amnesia-inspired games that tries too hard to be spooky.

The Void and Pathologic are much more subtle horror, but I'd recommend giving them a shot.
If you want a change of pace, Monstrum.

It's hit or miss with plenty of people, has minor replayability, and rounds are relatively quick, so you can try a variety of things and impose various personal rules.
