Soldier is better in all ways except his ultimate. Mike's has more use, tactical visor is only good for hitting things like Tracer and for the reload bonus.

I'd argue the exact opposite. Mike's grenades are much more damaging and their blast radius is larger than 76's helix rockets. His assault rifle is also better due to the fact that it comes with half a mag of the higher damage tactical rounds out the box, and he can choose to either load it with disruption rounds (admittedly of limited usefulness against 76 due to no shields) or make the whole mag consist of tactical rounds.
Nanite field vs stealth field is a much closer battle, though. There's no denying that area healing is a huge team asset, but near complete invisibility is nothing to scoff at either. Would have to give this one to 76, though.
