Bad news, anon. If you're only pulling 16 eliminations, you're not very good. If you want to PotG as widow, you've pretty much got to kill three out of six people per fight. You should be getting 20 eliminations on a bad game, good ones should be pushing 30.
Kill the inevitable countersniper who rushed ahead of their main group. Pick off the healer. Then just pick off whatever, because the other team is crippled and yours should be able to push in and fuck them over. Pop vision to let your team track down stragglers and see where they're setting up the next push, rinse and repeat.
You usually won't get PotG unless it's the "Sharpshooter" one, and that's unpredictable as fuck.

Good players adad like crazy in this game, if they are in a constant trajectory they are the easiest fucks in the world to kill.
Just either hold angles and click when they pass over your crosshair or flick them.
That site is still a waste of time. You are not building muscle memory for your in game sens/dpi/fov. Instead you're just getting better at desktop aiming.

You don't need to trace over a targets head because you just need to click once. Both widow, hanzo, and mccreed can use fast flicks onto a targets head for aiming. Aim nearby target, let charge build, flick em. Dead target.
Alternatively, hold an angle where a lucio or whatevcer is adad'ing back and forth. Once charge reaches 100 and lucio passes over your crosshair, click.

The problem with Widow i that she is very useful IF you know what you're doing. Compared to a tank for example, who can be bad but still a pain for the other team to deal with, and an extra body on the poc.

Widowmaker is the exact opposite of bastion. The higher in skill level you go the more she dominates.
