What do you game on, /v/?
I was thinking of getting something like this to be extra comfy, not sure how I'd implement a keyboard and mouse. Maybe a TV tray or something.
I game on an uncomfortable plastic swivel chair, padded with one pillow that was too firm to sleep on and another pillow that has all its stuffing bunched to one side.
I'll invest in pic related when VR's got its legs.
OP here, I currently use an old ass faux leather computer chair that's uncomfortable as fuck. Seat's all ripped and the padding's coming out. It's time I get me some comfy.
Maybe a comfy beanbag armchair
So how's that combat update, anon? Did it fix your game?
>FFX being ported before IX
this guy keeps talking shit and gave me his address. get the cops called to his house. address is 80 dow ave long island new york
>your child is the villain in the game.
Is this worth $60?
I just bought a PS4, and I haven't played any console shooters in a while. Is this worth picking up? I remember a lot of people complaining about bullet-sponge enemies and a shitty loot system. Does the expansion fix this? I played the demo and it seemed fun enough, the art style and atmosphere is pretty cool. Does the game just turn to shit later?
tl;dr is it worth it with the new expansion

Where are my PMD posters
/v/ has plenty of non-Pokemon threads. Calm your tits. And its not like this isn't video games.
Is Legion going to save WoW?

>want to buy a console Xbox One or PS4 to keep me busy
>haven't owned a console or played vidya in 10 years
>don't know where to start
>want to a steering wheel, shifter with clutch/brake/gas pedal
Alright /v/, What console do I buy? I think I read I'd have to pay to play online with either console, and the Xbox is better games.
The AAA gaming industry continues to fall apart all around us, but despite this, there is beauty to be had also.
Incredibly pretentious tryhard beauty, but beauty none the less.
Despite infinitely shitty developer personalities, indies seem to be on the rise.
A lot of them do really well and considering they have such a small payment barrier for entry, it's probably a really good investment too.
Can we all agree that our surprising heroes of the industry may come from a place we did not expect them to?
Do we seriously have to spend this thread arguing as to why AAA games are dying?
They're too expensive to make, they don't pull in big enough numbers, so the developers/publishers whore it out through DLC, "expansions" and the newest meme: episodic gaming.
With 4KTV's becoming actually fucking reasonable in terms of price (you can get a 42inch at $350)
Is anyone here considering upgrading? what do the consoles look like upscaled to 4k and how long away is 4k 60fps on pc at a reasonable price? (SLI 980's isn't reasonable)
Personally I don't think 4k/60 is going to be possible on all new games as standard (for a reasonable price) for another 2 GPU generations. It sure as fuck isn't viable with current GPUs.
You have 10 seconds to name one protagonist in the last five years not motivated by REVENGE.
Why is this game so polarizing?
Because the majority of people online these days havent played it and those who have compared it to today's standards.
Meanwhile you have a few old fags who played it back in the day who either loved it or disliked it compared to VI.
It also goes without saying that people just have different opinions and taste.
Naturally as with most things popular; people just say they hate it to act cool on an anonymous japanese imageboard.
For many it was their first JRPG, so it left a major impression on a certain generation while the true oldfags who had been playing JRPGs since the NES looked at it as newfag shit for kids who had never played the older stuff.
It's like how today's kids think Skyrim is the best game ever and have never even played Daggerfall or Morrowind.
Is Team Fortress 2 dying? I have been hearing that everyone is converting to Overwatch and it makes me sad because I have been playing tf2 for 4 years.
>cared for Diamond Dogs
>made shit for them like battle gear
>literally no proof for anything they claim he is guilty of
>is a technocrat who stood his ground
Huey did literally nothing wrong. Venom literally murdered his own men as they saluted him.
They have proof he killed Strangelove, but that's it. I'd have liked someone in the game to ask Kaz where the tapes are.
All MGSVposting is passé since the 'they cut chapter 3 so the entire thing is bad' meme caught on. But I don't care what's unfashionable.
