>arbitrary grinding just to open up plot missions and side quests
Why do nintenyearolds think this is a good game?
Just started Chapter 6, I'm enjoying it so far, but not nearly as much as the first Xenoblade.
Have no real idea how to git gud, currently alternating between the two Enforcer class progressions towards Mastermind and Galactic Knight, and I kinda just toss out arts.
Game also feels a bit grindy, and the standard quest system feels kinda limited since you're stuck with whatever the console in NLA feels like giving you.
Aside from that my only other complaints is they really could have optimized screen space to make the UI elements and text larger,...

What does /v/ think about Portal/Portal 2?
Is Final Fantasy 12 worth play?
Yes. Its fun as hell if you make everyone into a "class type" (the IZ version does this), and don't anything but the most basic Gambits (I only ever used the "attack same monster as leader" one and a basic heal one).
Anyone else excited for tomorrow's Tribes Ascend patch?
They did a LOT of changes, but the main things are:
>all weapons and upgrades are unlocked by default, no grinding
>classes removed, replaced by Light, Medium and Heavy types
>three new maps
>lots of balance changes to weapons and vehicles
Thoughts? Will you redownload, why or why not?
I'm a real kissass for games with underlying theme statements.
I especially enjoyed silent hill 2 for being a mess of an extended metaphor for James and i like persona 4 for its theme of truth and ambiguity. also if there's themes in other games that one wouldn't otherwise think of, please share.
i just want to enjoy more thematic games so no shitposters please.

Battlefield 4 and Battlefront now have more or less the same amount of players.
are games too cheap?
look at this price for Crash Bandicoot in 1996 where its regular price is 49.99. When adjusted for inflation, its 75 bucks today but we usually only pay maybe 60 dollars for games that cost three to five times more in development costs
