My gf says she's going to buy me a Vita for Christmas. What games are essential?
I'm a huge weeb so my standards aren't that high
>what games are good on vita
>I'm a weeb
Buy all the Vanillaware games. That's about it.
How can you guys stand the controls of this game? I want to play the MGS series. I really do. But the controls are so godawful it's unbearable.
I'm trying to go for a nonlethal run, but the aiming is busting my balls.
What are good examples of games or game franchises "jumping the shark"? Game related media welcome as well.
In the show "Happy Days" the character Fonzie, jumped a shark on a set of water skiis, and the show was immensely popular, and rode this popularity constantly, trying to improve. The jump the shark scene was supposed to be amazing, and people thought it was retarded, and after that scene the show and its popularity were never the same, and people believed it killed the show's popularity. It's a show in the US, but now people say "Jumped the shark" when something good and popular gets...

Reminder that this game is more progressive than Undertale
>A tranny is running around NLA and has the authority to decide what to do with alien spies, and does good work for BLADE from what we can see
>The majority of the protagonists, the elite team in BLADE, are women. All of them if you play as female.
>Accepting alien races into society is presented as the right thing to do
What does Undertale have? A couple of dykes?
Going to make a lady character next, could use a few inspirations to work from. I saw some really great ones in the one of these threads.
What did David do when he wasn't being a soldier?
What went wrong?
PGI got greedy and thought that the fanbase surrounding the game was theirs when in reality they were fans of the Battletech franchise and were just happy to have a mechwarrior game that wasn't dead.
MWO became some sort of horrible combination of P2W (P2notgrind, more specifically) and F2P by having constant cosmetic bullshit shoved down the players throats. That said, its still playable, just not nearly good enough to be called a worthy mechwarrior entry.
They went back on their promises and pissed off all people who were actually interested in the game in the first place that gave them millions of dollars in an attempt to attract a "broader audience" while also trying to get that e-sports money.
It went poorly.
>Super Mario World is not on the 3DS eshop
Why is Nintendo so retarded?
How the fuck do you dualwield crossbows
>magic is real!
>magic isn't real
>it was actually machines, acme shenanigans, and some shit in the water that induces comas when someone rings a silver bell
>this doesn't explain any of the shit that happened in the opening sequences of the game
is it worth it /v/? i got a spare $13 on Steam and it looks interesting.
When did you stop renting games /v/?
The last game I rented was Silent Hill Downpour.
I took it back in early.
You're a game designer and just put your first game up for sale.
Which of these two scenarios would be more preferable to you?
Is the female route worth playing through?
I've already played through FES twice.
Same shit but you get some new social links but lose a couple of old ones and a some of dialogues change to fit the female protagonist.
Worth going through if you want to play P3 again.
Maybe its just me but I actually like female playthrough more eventho the translation seem kinda retard when Junpei still called you DUDE
Most thing are still the same, but the female protag seem to have her own personality instead of silence protagonist like the male one
