Post games that you still regret buying to this day.
> It’s due to cultural differences. The West has it’s own thinking about how to depict women in games media which is different from Japan. Speaking personally, if it is a representation acceptable to the general people in Japan, I wouldn’t be concerned about it in Japan. It’s a difficult problem.
>I loved Dragon’s Crown, but that title got some criticism. And it got extremely low points in reviews.
"They're not a problem." /v/ says
Just fucking learn Japanese already, let it serve as your fucking motivation.
You've been always playing censored and altered games, you just didn't care in the past.
But every single Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest game in the west is censored or altered, same goes for titles such as Grandia WHICH WAS HEAVILY AMERICANIZED among many other famous JRPGs.
Seriously fucking learn Japanese already and stop bitching.
I guess we all agree the SE should just let FROM Software do the combat?
The challenging Souls like combat would fit FF very well and its not like there is anything better than that.
>trial and error and ultimately clunky broken combat
>fitting a purely jrpg

Guys help me.
I'm having a huge hard on for Arcade Racers right now. Particularly the ones that yell "TIME EXTENDED" or "CHECKPOINT" when going fast.
Can you recommend any arcade racers for me on PC right now?
Not exactly a racing game, but if you want TIME EXTENSIONS and a game that can be played with low skill or even better with high skill, I'd reccommend Crazy Taxi. There's a surprising amount of skill you can git gud at, and it scratches that quick arcade itch. Driving fast feels pretty damn good when you know how to do it. Also, that soundtrack.
>Five Nights comes out
>/v/ loves it
>Several months later
>/v/ hates it
Somebody explain. Did it get too "mainstream" and "hip" for /v/?
What went wrong?
What would a videogame based on Akagi play like?
That's Kaiji. Also I have yet to find an actual decent Mahjong game, it's either the weird Windows tile-matching version or it's some buggy cartoon shit that was probably made in Flash. Maybe something like having opportunities to cheat throughout the game, as well as being able to look around and read your opponents' expressions. There are probably poker games that do this since it's more popular in the West than Mahjong.
C'mon guys, it's not THAT bad.
8, 9 and 10anyway.
Nah op it is pretty poor and most definitely not better than any of the games you listed, neither in terms of concept nor its execution. It just runs on stronger hardware so everything is prettier.
So I'm not normally into mobile games, I have a PC, PS4, PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, Xbox and an N64, but I'm weirdly addicted to this game and glued to my phone. What's wrong with me?
Has anyone else tried Galaxy of Heroes?
What are some decent PSP games I can play?
So what comfy games are you planning to play over Christmas?
I'd like to finish Fallout 4, but I'm not sure what to play after that, been thinking about giving the original Witcher another try, maybe Homeworld or replaying Fallout 1 and 2.
FFXIV probably, I've been playing it over the last few days and it's pretty damn comfy. Exploring the zones and questing while listening to that OST is just perfect.
