So I just started playing this again and I never did get around to finishing it so I just started a new game over. Holy shit, did this game ever deserve GOTY. The graphics, the music, the writing, the facial animations, the weather, the voice acting. It's all so fucking good. Makes Fallout 4 look like a sad joke in comparison. MGS V could have been a contender if it was a completed game. Well I just came here to say that. So... Witcher thread?
I just got a 970 and am able to play it on Ultra at 60fps for once.
It still impresses me how gorgeous it looks.
Is this the best example of the Wave Effect on /v/?
>first few weeks, loved and enjoyed as a unique and earnest game that obviously had care put into it
>little more than a month later, shitposting central
Shit sucks. LISA had the same problem
Kind of. The only problem with your idea, is that the shitposting was being spurred by a couple of dedicated autists. Posting the same copy/pasted topics day after day relentlessly. And getting super hostile at everyone for no good reason.
You have them to blame for stirring so much shit. Notice how little Undertale talk is happening now. Because the autists finally got bored of making the same threads. So now we're back to the normal occasional, even-tempered threads.
Which one has more games coming in 2016? 3DS or Vita?
Probably Vita since it gets PC and PS4 multiplats, but Danganronpa 3 and Stranger of Sword City are the only games I plan on buying. I love RPGs but the Vita has a really poor selection quality wise. I'll get a lot more playtime out of my 3DS with Fire Emblem, Bravely Second, Shin Megami Tensei, and whatever else comes out.
The dumbest fan theories you've heard.
Starting with the obvious one
>Sheik is a guy!
ITT: Games that were rightfully forgotten.
Best games you played this year?
What games let me play as the bad guy ?
9 Months Early Access Edition
The first in the series was fucking incredible I played that game for hours on end. But this game I can barely play for an hour a month Even with friends. So what went wrong?
Why does reddit hate this game so much? But love The Witcher 3?
The Witcher 3 has a much better and more cohesive story, a more fleshed out world, performs better with way less bugs and crashes, and the graphics are miles beyond anything bethesda could ever churn out in their entire lifespan as a company. Even the gameplay is better compared to the shitty shooting mechanics of Fallout 4.
And all those choices are irrelevant
Marginally, maybe, let's not pretend Witcher is a masterpiece of video game storytelling
"Content" is a meaningless buzzword for people who love open world games with thousands of collectibles and throwaway side quests. Quality over quantity

What's the best video game movie?
the best one i saw was the silent hill movie
it was still crap, but not as crappy as you'd expect a video game movie to be. which is kind of like saying "he's short, but not as short as you'd expect a midget to be"
i need a comfy multiplayer game. preferably something nice and non-competitive.
bonus points if it takes place in a city at night
Why do you guys get mad about youtubers and twitch streamers playing videogames for money? 95% don't even have a job because you're either NEET or still in school
It's comparable to paying the saxaphone player in grand central.
Lucina is cute! CUTE!
