"What do people like about Homeworld?"
"The large scale space battles similar to Star Trek or Star Wars that are still pretty unique for an RTS."
"What should we do to make a new Homeworld game stand out from it's predecessors?"
The game went through a lot of development hell to get to the point it is at today.
Oh, and most people played Homeworld for the story/campaign.
That's the aspect everyone kept talking about up until 2001 or so.
>Oh, and most people played Homeworld for the story/campaign.
Sure, but the setting has always been the initial draw of Homeworld and what makes it unique.
It's not like Gearbox knows how to make a decent story anyways.
Where were you when you realized the Assassins were actually the bad guys of the series?
No, this is not a >le did nothing wrong XD thread. It can easily be seen that the Assassins were the cause of much civil and economic unrest throughout the series to attain their goals of defeating the Templars. They did more harm than good.
Biggest embarrassment of 2015?

What a shitty year it was
What happened to Toddposting?
fallout 4 came out and the meme went to it's shallow grave where it will occasional leak its toxic bile through the soil for years to come
So I am looking for some games with good archery, preferably first person.
I just wanna be a badass with a bow.
Far Cry 3/4 can be pretty fun when you stick to the bow, but getting a fully upgraded quiver takes a pretty long time. Fun with fire/explosive arrows, though. Really gives you that Rambo experience.
The Mount and Blade series is pretty fun as far as bows go. Horse archery is great.
Dying Light added a bow with a DLC pack and it's pretty fantastic, although shooting zombies that can't fight back gets old fast.
Is this game any good? And how likely is that it goes on sale?
Unlikely to go on sale so soon after release.
It's. . . Well, if you like Project Reality, you're going to love Squad. But right now, Project Reality has WAY more content. Dozens more maps, loads more factions, weapons, vehicles, everything. And PR is $40 cheaper than Squad. So, right now, I think it's not that great a buy. In a couple years, when they've had time to port over assets and expand the content and features, it'll be a better buy.
is this worth $5? saw it in a bin at the dollar store
Yes. It's the forebear of the EXVS series, and though it didn't become the fast paced and balanced competitive game it is until Alliance vs ZAFT, it's certainly a fun game.
Let's write a one-word at a time letter to Kojima
Since I am OP and we need a coherent start, i'll give us the basics
Why are the best girls never magic-users?
>just got the week off
>no working computer
>only an xbone and iphone
Am I allowed to have good games?
So now that we all known Helldivers won't be in the winter sale, is it still worth buying the base game for around ~15 eurobucks? The game looks alright enough, it's just that those metric fuckton of DLC packs kind of have me worried. I don't want to get this only to find out I need to shell out 20 more bucks to get the gear required to keep up in later levels
