Indeed.
>>343947325
They've already made seven of the damn things?
Look here, I got something /v/ What is it?
What's in the fuckingbag?
>>343927827
Weeb shit
oh gee i sure hope it's a video game
>>343927827
In before nigger hands.
who still playing here?
>>343927619
I was actually just downloading the client when the website died, so I can't get the launcher.
>>343927834
Server stability this week has been fucking ass, think they are getting ddosed.
Some asshurt guild got banned for 7 days for exploiting, and instead of just taking it they "quit" and have been ddosing the server during EU times constantly for over a week now.
The server even has cloudfare, so they are spending quite a bit of money to keep this going for so long.
Why is this series so praised? It's grindy with a predictable plot and the most shallow shittiest characters you only find in generic anime like DBZ.
>>343927417
>grindy
What does that word mean? Can;t you beat TitS even if you avoid all random battles?
>grindy
>grindy
These games have level curves that prevent you from grinding
So, I heard that this mmo doesn't even have 1m subs
Is it true? How it was even possible to fuck up so badly?
>>343927379
It doesn't need many subs. Patches are spaced out by 3-4 months so they don't invest a lot in it, it's a paid subscription MMO with a higher than average sub fee and most of the money doesn't even go back to the game, Square uses it for other games mostly.
No asses.
>>343927743
>with a higher than average sub fee
It's 11 euro, one of the cheapest subs in the industry
Is it worth playing Baldur's gate 1?
I've played a little bit of Baldur's gate 2 and i'm not that impressed actually, but since i'm bored i might try it out again.
1 is interesting since it gives you some backstory to the main character and basically makes Sarevok that much more interesting once you get to the throne of baal expansion
It's also not that long, took me roughly 8-9 hours and I was a complete novice regarding cRPGs at that point
>>343926564
Tell us why you got bored. It might give us an idea of what we'd recommend to you instead.
>>343926997
Well to be honest i don't really like controlling lots of characters(is it possible to set them to autocast or smth?)
And what really bugged me is that science is mixed into the game which just doesn't make sense to me, really puts me off.
Is there a name for a type of character like this? I seem to see quite a few rich bitchy type girls in videogames.
That appears to be a ghost
Alpha bitch?

Drakengard 1 was actually really fun.
I can understand why people do not enjoy it though.
HOWEVER I do think Drakengard 3 was the weakest entry.
>>343926032
The combat and style was flcool at first but the maps are too big and too many enemies to kill got boring.
>>343926214
The combat system was actually fun in that one. Juggling enemies into the air never got old.
I agree. The aerial missions were fun and using Angelus/Arioch in the ground missions was always satisfyingunless it was a mission full of those assholes that shoot green goo at you. Or archers..
>Playing GTA 4
>Get into a crash
>Fly out the window
...Does Niko not wear a seat belt?
No, slavs are very macho and wearing seatbelts is for losers.

He doesn't need to. Cool kids don't pay attention to safety measures.

No, criminals are very macho and wearing seatbelts is for losers.

So I've decided to make an indie game. On top of this I wanted to make it something we all could be a part of. Anyone can post a basic idea for a video game (one sentence) the first person to get trips is the idea I will make a game for. Let it begin!
P.S.
I will only work on the game for exactly one month. After doing so I will re-post one here the finished product for us all to enjoy! Have fun gents.
dont make a game

What is the comfiest city building game?
For me it has always been pic related. Dat music, dat atmosphere...
>inb4 durr hurr look at that stupid layout
I dont care about optimal layouts as long as it works.
>>343925780
I remember playing Ceasar III and to this day it remains my most frustrating gaming experience yet.
That series in general is pretty good. Except for Zeus and that 3d Egyptian one if that counts.
Simcity 4 is probably the obligatory answer, but that doesn't get comfy until you git gud and your city stabilizes.
>>343927552
>Zeus
I hated the fact that the game had no "priorities" as to what to keep running and what to shutdown. Once you had population issues, all your industry suffered including the most basic things, which lead to an even greater decline in workforce, and so on. Vicious circle... Hated it. Pharaoh at least has the brains to keep the most basic things running when you do not have enough people so that your whole city doesnt run away.
What went wrong?
>>343925646
Pure melee characters were terrible near the end of the game, otherwise nothing.
Not sure, really. I played the tits off of it then I just stopped. Lost all interest and forgot about it until now.
crappy fallout/metro 2033 ripoff
Find me a more handsome protagonist.
You LITERALLY can't.
Only DOOK can beat DOOK

Could be worse, could've been another far cry spinoff.
You;re joking right?
The Extremes on this shit are simple.
The only relatively hard track is Clubbed to Death due to the fucking shit grapple.
> Be upstairs playing vidya
> Start to hear parents arguing downstairs
> Plug in headphones and crank up the volume as high as I could
> Let the sound of Oblivion's OST drown out everything around me
What's your depressing vidya related story /v/? I know I can't be the only one.
I always wanted to do this, but I was scared my dad would kill her and I wouldn't hear the screams in time to stop him.
