What's the /v/erdict?
Games that you only played: The thread
all of my games were in italian and half of the time they would just pick like old game and rename it at randoms
like lazy jones would simply become "THE ARCADE" which i think it's the only time they renamed a game in a way that made sense
Final fantasy 4 is still the best final fantasy game.
Is there a more worthless and nonsensical game mechanism in modern videogames?
What do you want to see in iDOLM@STER 3?
No CG trash.
Does there exist a better controller?
Post dead memes
Is this worth pre ordering from GameStop for $229?
I'm thinking of getting it too, as i've never owned one before and would like to get better at playing console fighters with them.
Just curious if anyone knows how easy it is to change/customise the plate(?). Thinking of commissioning an artist i like to draw something
ITT: terrible voice acting/lines in vidya
Oh hey, look at the new chars in DoA5
How do I into Dorf Fortress?
So, how do I get into JRPGs? Always wanted to get into them, but somehow it hasn't worked for me. Tried Ni No Kuni, FF9, 10 and 13 and Suikoden 1 so far.
play the classics. suikoden 1 and ff9 are cool. suikoden 1 is even better. try lunar the silver star story, final fantasy 6, chrono trigger, persona 4, xenogears, grandia 1 or 2....
you have lots of awesome options beyond what I've named. however there is a lot of shit too. especially newer jrpgs that look pretty but feel only like pale imitations of the glory days of old.
What's your pick for
UnderratedGame of the Year?
It wasn't the most polished game, but it still gave me everything I wanted out of a Godzilla title.
ITT: We anticipate 2016 blunders.

Doom. It has a fanbase, but the graphics/gameplay/story are utter shit.
personally i think the next biggest blunder will involve overhyped youtube channels (pewdiepie, jacksepticeye, markiplier) getting busted for something related to ethics in game advertising or something
>defend loss of consumer rights and use of DRM
>think PC Master Race and Gaben are the pinnacle of humor
>promote walled-garden monopolies
Can we agree that Valvedrones are the worst fanbase?
Are valvedrones still a thing, though? I mean yeah, 2-3 years ago it was fucking awful, but we're entering 2016 now. With all the shit Valve's done the last half decade, and with people coming to realize that Steam is fucking shit and Half Life was probably overrated, is there anyone really dumb enough to continue defending those bastards (much less do the whole pseudo-ironic "worshipping" schtick)?
I hardly see a tenth of the amount of valvedrones on /v/ as there were in 2012-2013, and they're a lot less passionate nowadays.
