I miss AA games. The games that are between AAA soulless factory products and pretentious indie crap. Games made with about 20, 30 people, that are have some money (a few millions) but generally not enough for publishers to really care about them and can offer more hardcore, different or innovative experience while still being 3d and a bit bigger than your average indie pixel art game.
Those teams were really present 10 years ago, and that's why we saw so many interesting and good games on PC and PS2. Now, the development for 3d games is more expensive and they...

This is a problem in the western vidya industry right now. It's swamped with AAA compromise and indie pixelshit with little ground in between.
I guess Tripwire is still AA but they won't be for long.

ITT: Shit games
He did nothing wrong
Agreed, would be a great ending if he just raped that little unlikeable brat and killed her afterwards, but no we have to get that edgy pedo father daughter ending because joel is jesus
Did he actually have a harem? From they way the other guy's talked it sounds like it.
He was living the perfect Mormon lifestyle.
We post vidya confessions.
I actually liked Kingdom Hearts: Shine of Memories
Is it me or did Solid Snake get the most painful treatment from Kojima? We played as a faceless Solid Snake and had a good time on the PS1, then as a proper and well crafted build of him on the PS2 for an exciting 30 minutes only to play as a trap boypussy for the rest of the sequel, to an old aged dying and constantly choking Old Snake on the PS3 in a game with ridiculous gameplay to cutscene ratio.
Why did Kojima do this to him?
Still waiting for MSX games to be remade

Why aren't you a hardcore gamer like this guy?
>there are people from /v/ still supporting Nintendo
I hope you enjoy your censorship.
Are the hyperdimention neptunia games actually fun? also how is Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1? i have 6 extra bucks and no idea what to do with them
Are they fun?
They are massively repetitive grindfests that in reality are only worth playing for the visual novel style cutscenes.
I have 5 of the games.
They are mediocre. They rely on pandering a lot.
If you like weeaboo trash with cute girls, then its probably worth 6$ to you.
I typically like that stuff myself, but my gf got it and I was turned away from them after trying it out.
What's the logic of giving DLC. FOR FREE. MONTHS after the game is launched?
And terraria did it more than once. What the fuck, really
Inviting new players to buy your game. People get around to talking about it and it's essentially like having your game launch a second time for those who missed it the first time, except with half the effort of making a second game and a ton of free advertising by people who can say from experience that the game was amazing and they're excited for the update.
I don't know, but I bought terraria because of that. Had that shit pirated for years but those developers are just too awesome.
Free DLC and updates are a good way to advertise a game constantly. Just look at the constant terraria threads that happen whenever a new update is announced
You will never experience this for the first time ever again
>the freeruning across medieval Italy
We will never have another historical game like this ever again.how does that make you feel?
Considering what the game series has become now, and how Assassin's Creed 2 was a genuinely good game...
why can't we have nice things?
Post your reaction when you get the Ray Gun from CoD Zombies
