What creature is Kirby?
>Get a second combat drone and a Mk 2 Hull Laser
>Run out of fuel on top of a supergiant with the rebels almost two turns away
I forgot how much I hate FTL.
Just got pic related. What am I in for? Any staring tips?
Hi, /v/. As a long time Metal Gear fan I can't describe to you how excited I was for MGSV:TPP. An open world playing as Big Boss with support from Ocelot and Miller? It sounded epic. I ended up purchasing the game, and then going to a cosplay convention. I cosplayed as Snake from MGS3. I went to a McDonald's and a guy there saw me, asked me if I liked the game to which I told him I hadn't played yet and he literally told me the ending to the game. It crippled me. I then tried to shrug it off and playthrough anyways hoping to find some more enjoyment or depth to...

Things that other gamers say that never fail to annoy you.
So I just got a 3Ds for Christmas and I got this game, holy fucking shit its beating the crap out of me. Any tips for me to get good? my whole team does no fucking damage and dies in two hits to regular enemies, should I be pairing up at all times? Also Fire Emblem thread get your ass in here.
The game is designed around grinding or if you want to intentionally limit yourself to add some semblance of difficulty to the game then pure min/maxing as it is incredibly easy to make characters incredibly broken and unkillable
Just grind up my unit and chrom or whoever else because growths don't matter in this game until you win
>Smash 4's single player was so unbearably awful that it actually made me miss this shit
What's The Old Hunters like, /v/? Is it worth the purchase?
Cleanse me of this beastly idiocy!
Yes, it's fantastic. Bosses are good, the areas are good, there's 10 new weapons that are all pretty top tier. Arcane particularly got saved.
It's worth the $15 or whatever it runs for.
First area is a lot of reused assets but put together in a really creepy/cool way. Second area is really easy but with GOAT atmosphere. Third area is basically Innsmouth and is really good, but the shark ogres will make you want to kill yourself.
Two of the bosses are GOAT, one is cool but unfortunately way too easy to stunlock to death, one is okay, one is pretty crap.
New weapons are pretty much all cool as hell and really good.
Overall it's definitely worth picking up. Much like the DLCs for the Dark Souls games, the overall quality is very high.
What are some games where I can use a scythe as a weapon?
I want to be a super fucking edgy faggot who cuts things up in flashy ways. Edgier/flashier, the better.
Off the top of my head for scythe games, I've already played Darksiders 1/2, Dark Souls/Bloodborne, Devil May Cry, Bayonetta,
Any other edgy gems I need to play? Also edgy weapons thread I guess.
I think you named all the good ones that still hold up today. I like scythes too and there's not that many.
You could always play Castlevania, but I'm pretty sure it's a late game weapon, the scythe being the scythe of Death. So, that's probably not what you're looking for either. Kinda sucks when I'm looking for a game with a certain weapon in it and I find one, but you can't get it very early in the game.
Find ONE flaw. I fucking dare you.
Just received this email from steam.
Anyone else get one too?
Was just trying to sort through all the trash but they don't like it.
in other words your a ADHD ridden retard who makes stupid split second decision purchases and expects to be reimbursed for your own dumb actions every time and you are now mad a company has said hang on a minute, this guy can fuck off.
get rekt faggot
Holy shit what a waste.
How can you all consider this a masterpiece, let alone a good game?
The story is extremely dragged out. To reach your goal you have to complete dozens of meaningless tasks. Take Bastila's rescue for example. So much shit to do to reach her that I even forgot what I did exactly. Taris was the most boringest piece of video game I had ever played.
10 hours in and ONLY NOW the main quest begins, I can't even imagine how pointlessly long this game will be with 4 main planets.

I need a recommendation. Looking for a good space exploration game, with a focus on dog fights, that allows you to upgrade your ship via loot, scavenging, etc.
Oldest to most recent:
Wing Commander: Privateer is probably like five bucks on GOG and is still pretty worth playing.
Independence War 2 is very good.
Evochron: Mercenary is a lot more recent, and really damn good for an indie pile made by one guy in his basement.
Elite: Dangerous is shit. If you're desperate, at least wait until you can get it for 5 bucks again.
If none of those work for you, hold out a year for Star Citizen or for that UE4 space game the name of which I can't remember at the moment.
