Worst dark souls player in the world here (yes even worse than DSP)
I'm getting completely destroyed by this guy. Am I not supposed to fight him yet? That giant skeleton was a joke and now suddenly this.
I'm even parrying him and getting in hits when I stun him and it's still not working.
when he does his charge attack, dodge right. no, not even, you can literally walk to your right when he does it and you won't get hit. once you learn his moveset he becomes piss easy.
everything else is just basic rolling.

The top never happened you retard. /v/ pretty much trashed the game, even the good parts, from the start. Everyone who wants to discuss it just goes to /vg/, which is standard protocol for a lot of games.
Which one /v/? I've left the gamecube and wii games out of this because they feel like totally different games.
For me it's definitely Fusion.
It's a remake of the first Metroid but it actually builds on Super.
I actually wish Fusion was great. It really tried to flip the whole Metroid thing on its head. But man fuck all that talking and just blocking shit off because plot.
>ITT: Games that SHOULD have been amazing but just failed to hit their mark
I'll start with the most obvious one in the past decade...
It should have been great. It just needed another year of development and it would have been amazing.
Instead it got fucking rushed for Christmas. It could have been the greatest Sonic 3D game ever, but instead it's a fucking joke.
I hate the Burch-ification of the BL games as of late, but been hearing good things about the TTG's one. Might as well ask, what's the consensus? I don't want to waste money/time/effort on something as bad as... everything in Pre-Sequel.
Burch wrote little to nothing in the last two chapters, you can tell by how good they are and how much his lines stand out as being "So progressive love this game!" out of no where.
Buying one tommorow. Games to buy?
>making this thread without telling us what other platforms you own
Finally beat this. These last 3 years was worth the wait.
Thank God there wasn't a single Haruka rhythm gameplay in the final chapter.
By the way, I don't really get why those all those yakuza bowed down to Akiyama.
For those of you that played Ishin, what's the fastest way to get the golden gun from the casino?
The payout for all the gambling games seems awful low. Should I just keep betting on chicken racing or playing odds and evens? Please tell me koi koi or that other card game aren't the best ones, since I have no idea how to play that shit.
I miss baccarat.
>game has a ranking system
>highest rank is A
>game has a highscore system
>points are in millions
>get all or mostly As in Elite Beat Agents
>look up videos of people doing levels because i also like the songs
You groove you lose thread. get in here niggers
More of a gentle groove, but it's still pretty gud.

Is this game good?
I own a Wii U, never played a Zelda game because they seemed kinda gay to 10 yr. old me, but i figure i better give one a try. Recommendations on which one to start with?
Aside from Ocarina of Time / Majora's Mask, which are of course considered the master strokes of the series, Wind Waker is, in my opinion, the best Zelda to date.
The plot's charming and original, the dungeons are innovative, and the items are fun too. Since you've got the Wii U, I don't see any harm in picking up the HD version (which I haven't played) which has some improvements too. Maybe get it second hand?
Also, in terms of the portable entries, I recommend Minish Cap for its graphic style and primary mechanic, but HIGHLY recommend Oracle of Ages (and then Seasons, in that order of appeal).
Oracle of Ages is utterly fantastic. Dungeons and puzzles that will do your head in, and the plot and events are so original compared to most Zelda games.
Is this game any good?
Name a lead jrpg protagonist above the age of 30.
